Award Ceremony of Certificate Course in Business Law
The Certificate Course in Business Law 2015 conducted by the Department of Commercial Law was completed successfully. An Award Ceremony took place on 21st September, 2016 at the Faculty of Law. The Chief Guest for the ceremony was Senior Professor Lakshman Dissanayake, Vice Chancellor of the University of Colombo. President’s Counsel Prashantha Lal De Alwis graced the occasion and delivered the key note speech. Among the other distinguished invitees were the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Ms. Indira Nanayakkara, and the Head of the Department of Commercial Law Dr. Shanthi Segarajasingham. 6 awardees secured merit passes while 28 received for ordinary passes. The certificates were distributed by the Vice Chancellor.
