Content and Structure

The authors are required to submit their manuscript along with a title page as indicated below:

  • Your manuscript should consist of:
      1. A Title
      2. An Abstract (between 150–200 words)
      3. Keywords (4–5 keywords separated by commas)
      4. Main text (between 5,000–7,000 words including footnotes)
      5. Case reviews (between 1,500–3000 words including footnotes)
      6. References

Your manuscript should be anonymised for double-blind peer review.

  • You should also submit a separate title page including:
    1. The Title
    2. The full names of the author/s (If co-authored, one author must be designated as the
    3. corresponding author.)
    4. The author’s institutional affiliations
    5. Acknowledgements

Manuscripts should be submitted as Word documents.

Authors must ensure originality and confirm that the work is not under consideration elsewhere.

All co-authors must approve the submission.

Authors must adhere to research ethics and disclose conflicts of interest.

AI-generated or plagiarised content will be strictly monitored.

Citation and Referencing Style

Use OSCOLA 4th edition (2012), subject to the following:

  • Use ‘ibid’ for immediate cross-references only.
  • Avoid Latin terms such as supra, infra, ante, id, op cit.
  • Use author names exactly as in the original source.
  • Check accuracy of all references before submission.
