Content and Structure
The authors are required to submit their manuscript along with a title page as indicated below:
- Your manuscript should consist of:

- An Abstract (between 150–200 words)
- Keywords (4–5 keywords separated by commas)
- Main text (between 5,000–7,000 words including footnotes)
- Case reviews (between 1,500–3000 words including footnotes)
- References

Your manuscript should be anonymised for double-blind peer review.
- You should also submit a separate title page including:

- The Title
- The full names of the author/s (If co-authored, one author must be designated as the
- corresponding author.)
- The author’s institutional affiliations
- Acknowledgements
Manuscripts should be submitted as Word documents.
Authors must ensure originality and confirm that the work is not under consideration elsewhere.
All co-authors must approve the submission.
Authors must adhere to research ethics and disclose conflicts of interest.
AI-generated or plagiarised content will be strictly monitored.

Use OSCOLA 4th edition (2012), subject to the following:
- Use ‘ibid’ for immediate cross-references only.
- Avoid Latin terms such as supra, infra, ante, id, op cit.
- Use author names exactly as in the original source.
- Check accuracy of all references before submission.
